status of https://packages.matrix.org/npm/olm/

I notice https://packages.matrix.org/npm/olm/ does not contain olm 3.2.2. If it's no longer maintained, we should remove it.

I notice that https://gitlab.matrix.org/matrix-org/olm#release-process still says that you're supposed to push artifacts to packages.matrix.org, so is the document outdated or was the process not followed correctly?

Yeah, the release process was out of date. I've updated it.

New packages are uploaded to the GitLab package registry, but we still need to maintain packages.matrix.org/npm/olm for packages that reference old versions.
