Mark Syphon Matrix Client as abandoned

On the matrix.org page under https://matrix.org/ecosystem/clients/, the Syphon client is marked as alpha which suggests that syphon is still in very active development. This is a false assumption, due to Syphons last commit being a merged pull request on August 17. 2023 and the last release being from 2022. Due to this Syphon should be marked as an abandoned matrix client until it receives updates again. Also the link to the f-droid app no longer works because Syphon got removed from F-Droid Repo due to being inactive!

It indeed looks like there is no activity on it. @forest-cat would you like to open a PR to change https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix.org/blob/main/content/ecosystem/clients/syphon.md?plain=1#L9 to Obsolete, or would you prefer our team to do it?
