Removing bridge remnants

Hi, as discussed in #libera-matrix the other day, we set up our own private m-a-i in #it-syndikat after the EMS bridge was shut down. However, the channel was still plumbed, which on the one hand causes @appservice:libera.chat to still hang around uselessly and on the other will probably cause double-bridging chaos if the EMS bridge is turned on again. Thus my two requests:

1. have @appservice:libera.chat (dead libera bridge) and @appservice-irc:matrix.org (dead freenode bridge) leave #lobby:it-syndik.at (!jMrrOpGVOUEHcUOwsX:it-syndik.at ) and
2. remove the plumbing to #it-syndikat on libera.chat so @appservice:libera.chat doesn't come back.

Any updates on this? @Half-Shot, you said you could try to find someone to deal with this? @MagneFire seems to be having a similar issue in matrix-org/matrix-appservice-irc#1774.

@appservice:libera.chat seems to have finally left our room now, @appservice-irc:matrix.org (the former freenode bridge) is still there though.
