Example of config_files for Telegram and Whatsapp bridge

Somebody can provide me steps for create the appservice_registration.yaml for Telegram and Whatsapp Bridge to use in /config/dendrite.yaml and additional steps if required, I'm so confused to reach this aim in my docker installation, Thanks a lot!
