[bug] viewing on a mobile device is not good

As a user with a mobile phone,
I wish to be able to see my backup brain in a way that is at least equally as useful as the experience in the desktop browsers
so that I can leverage my bookmarks away from my desk without being annoyed by the process.

Implementation thoughts:

• this is probably going to require mobile specific css which converts the right sidebar into a top nav-bar or something similar.
• something about the way I've used the bootstrap columns is obviously wrong and resulting in a lot of wasted horizontal space.
• If the screenshot was of a logged in session it'd show the links for toggling the "to-read" state and deleting bookmarks too which would increase the amount of vertical space per bookmark.

In addition to fixing the bootstrap I think we need to rethink what we display to mobile users. For example, maybe mobile users don't get a "delete" link in the list view
