自分にhttpリクエストを送ればインスタンスが落ちない

環境変数に自分のURLを書けば定期的に自分で自分を寝ないようにリクエスト送るようにする

例

% heroku config:set HEROKU_URL=http://node-gyazz-shokai.herokuapp.com
