Text label in bottom navigation bar flickers when tapped #843

Steps to reproduce: In "Home", tap "Explore". The label becomes bold for a very short while then returns to normal. The same works for all four bottom navigation buttons.

Expected behavior: The text should not flicker, IMHO.

What is your Android version?

Xiaomi HyperOS 1.0.3.0.TKHCNXM, based on Android 13.

Cant reproduce on my phone, label doesnt flicker.

  • Android 13, OneUI 5.1
  • Mastodon v2.6.1
