Multisig

Do we want to support multisig at the node level or at the smart-contract level ?

Node level multisig:

• can allow multisig to bake blocks. That being said, how would it work in practice ? Any ideas how it's done in other protocols ?
• what are the limitations that our signature algorithm entails ?

Smart-contract multisig:

• easier to upgrade
• can be implemented by a third party
• different implementations for different use cases
