When running xliffmerge, with "languages": ["en-US", "en", "de", "fr", "es"], the tool does nothing with the messages.en-US.xlf file.
I only need to add the target tag

I just realized it works when setting everything to lowercase "en-us", is it possible that it could allow to work with "en-US"?
