Describe the bug
The icon used for the integration is not in the Home Assistant brands icon library

To Reproduce

Set up a device and go to that device in Home Assistant.
The icon is a 'broken graphic' icon.

The icon referenced is: https://brands.home-assistant.io/dynamic_energy_cost/icon.png but that file does not exist in the repository.

Expected behavior
To see a Dynamic Energy Cost logo.
