[FEATURE] Create an OS X Release

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, binaries are only good on Linux operating systems. I think we should change this so that these are also compiled for OSX.

On release, create a Linux release and an OS X release.

Additional context
We should also run tests versus OS X since we know @mathewjordan compiles for his local machine sometimes.
