Creating a new named preset creates "New Preset" #60

I'm using v1616852928 of the plugin.

When I create a new preset, even if I supply a preset name, it always creates a preset called "New Preset" instead. Here's a screenshot

Deatailed behavior description:

New preset appears in Custom Presets submenu only after opening and closing "Manage Custom Presets" dialog (even if we didn't edit something there). Or after JOSM restart.
New preset always appears in "Manage Custom Presets" dialog as "New preset", not as we named it. To change this we must open preset editing and resave it without real changes. Another way to fix it is a JOSM restart.
Version v1623509627 of plugin, version v18193 of JOSM.
