Integrate the blog with the new website

@jmeas Just want to clarify... by this, did you mean you want the blog to be in the same repo as the new site? This means creating our own blogging system.

I only want the blog to be seamlessly integrated into the website from the perspective of our website viewers. I don't really care what we do with the code (though the deployment process for both the www and blog should be at most 1 step for the developer each)
