Latest version of Laravel?

Pretty sure this works with latest Laravel (I've copied the code manually and adjusted namespaces), but attempting to "composer require" it fails because of the "~" constraint on dependencies

Perhaps worth running tests and relaxing the ~ constraint if you have time?

This doesn't work with laravel 8.x. Any plans for support?
