Issue description

Mask的精度丢失bug， 如果设置了offset， 那么在使用mask的时候， 在zoom变小后，mask会不准确，如果没有设置offset就没有这个问题， 在动态处理瓦片的offset情况下， zoom越小，mask为Polygon的情况下边界精度越低
