GPS locations for sequences from Viofo MP4 uploaded via desktop uploader don't match image location #681

Basic information

Release version: 4.3.0
System: Mac
Capture Device: Viofo A129

Steps to reproduce behavior

capture a video using a Viofo A129 dashcam
drop onto desktop uploader
upload

Expected behavior

I expect the GPS locations for the images in the sequence to match the actual locations

Actual behavior

GPS locations do not match actual image locations.

See for example this sequence

You can see that the GPS locations "start moving" before the car does.
