war files are delivered incomplete #1215

MapFish 3.22
Tomcat 9
Java 11
Ubuntu 18.04 64 bit

When we deploy the war file downloaded from https://mapfish.github.io/mapfish-print-doc/download.html Tomcat cannot launch the application.

We need to create the directory 'print-apps' in the root folder of the previously web app created.
