The two-finger tilt gesture should snap to zero degrees if it appears that the user was attempting to untilt the map, and something like seven degrees if the user initiates a tilt gesture but doesn't quite make it past a few degrees. Otherwise, it's very easy to wind up with a slightly tilted map.
