v0.2.1 broken on Chrome & Firefox

On all Mapbox GL examples I can find using v0.2.1:

Map container div is blank with attribution text, dev tools console shows "script error" in chrome and "ReferenceError: window is not defined mapbox-gl.js:7" in ff.

Possibly a browserify issue?

Satellite raster layer and Video examples working though console error messages still present.

After cloning repo locally, problem seems to only apply to minified production build.

I'm encountering the same problem on all Example pages in Chrome AND Safari. However, the GL demo on the blog page is working:

This is a build issue with browserify or uglify. I'm still tracking down the root cause, but the v0.2.1 source is now fixed.
