Chromium based browser - Out of memory

Describe the bug
Getting "out of memory" in Chromium based browsers and very large memory use in Firefox with a library that contains mostly files larger than 20MB up to 150MB. When trying to scroll or change pages while rendering the page crashes to an out of memory error in Edge and Chrome. In Firefox memory usage was maxing out the available RAM on my PC which reached over 19GB of RAM usage. On a lower powered computer with only 8GB of RAM I was able to browse without the error but it would take a minute or more to render each item.

Have a library with all large files and try to navigate
