We need an STMP tasker, able to notify us, and present links in the body.

I think the best way to achieve this is to copy the WebTasker model, i.e. let Floristry handle the present when a workflow hits the Tasker.

This way, we can have acces to Rails mailing capabilities, templating and URL building.
