Please be sure to include at minimum the following information with any bug reports:

Is this on single player, logged in to a multiplayer server, or as an active multiplayer host
Are you playing on the “Default” live branch, or on the “Beta” branch (you are on default unless you have opted into Beta).

Also including steps to what led you to uncover the bug can be extremely helpful, for example:

I placed down a storage chest above ground, teleported from my starter solace into a cave, then teleported back to my starter solace and the items I put in my storage chest were gone.

Please assign a label such as Bug or Enhancement
Including the client version you are running can also be helpful.
Please also specify if you are playing on Linux.
