[bug]: UI Bug "Add Issue" modal is getting blended with background

Current behavior

When the new issue modal opens up its border tends to blend with background doesn't feel like a popup

I have added box shadow to all the direction which looks better

If you assign me this issue I can raise a PR with above result

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Issues under your project
2. Click "Ass Issue" which pops up a modal
3. Observe that the modal is blended with background

Hey @rajeevDewangan, thanks for pointing it out. Instead of adding a shadow, we plan to design the modal backdrop in a better color to make the modal stand out from the background. This change will be shaped soon as we go on revamping our dark mode.
