Instead of relying on Telepresence v1 we should offer an alternative, more lean approach.

Goals

• the ability to seamlessly route traffic from/to local process to/from actual pod running in the cluster. Making your locally running code behave like it's part of the cluster
• scoped connectivity
• minimal permission requirements
• entirely go-based without the burden of installing 3rd party dependencies

Benefits

• a solution tailored to our needs (without an underlying 3rd party that has its own lifecycle and feature-set)
• aligned fixes and release cycle
