Survey locations: Choose location does not work if the option title is not written in English

The instance is running in Finnish as the primary language and English as the secondary language.

After creating a survey with a "Choose from a map" question type, the question options are empty in the participant interface when written only in Finnish language as shown in the following screenshot:

The question options should appear in the language that the user is currently using and the primary language of the instance should be the default if there is no translation for the option.

After filling the English translation for the options, they appeared correctly but this is incorrect in case the primary language of the platform is something else than English.
