Survey locations: choose from map admin option title translations do not work #1

When having the instance in Finnish (primary language) and English (secondary), the question title translations do not work properly in the admin panel.

When I load the questions edit view, I can see the title translation in Finnish. When I click the "English" tab, another field appears below the Finnish field instead of changing the tab correctly.

The following screenshot shows the situation after clicking the "English" tab:
