Expected Behavior

Can use the browser to create a site

Current Behavior

Browser disconnects from network

Steps:

Start Safe Network App
Login
Start SAFE Browser from the App
Navigate to a nonsense site e.g. safe://treppppdas
"No-one owns this address yet"
Open a new tab and navigate to another nonsense site eg safe://treppppdas11
"No-one owns this address yet"
Click on "Register treppppdas11"
Click on "Create site"
"The Safe Browser was not able to connected to the network" (as an aside, should read 'connect' rather than 'connected')
Go back to the safe://treppppdas tab and refresh (to check it's not just related to that tab)
"The Safe Browser was not able to connected to the network"

So the act of trying to create a site seemingly disconnects the browser from the network. This happens with both Shared Vault and Local Vault config files at ~/.config/safe_vault

Your Environment

Ubuntu 19.10 also Windows 10
Safe Browser v0.15.4-alpha
Safe Network App v0.0.5-alpha.20
SAFE Vault v0.20.1-alpha

After 0.6.0 safe-nodejs update, port is no longer required (and should be a string anyway).

This fixes maidsafe#1119
