add VAMP_WORKFLOW_DATA to vamp-workflow-javascript breed/artifact

with v095 we add the feature that in workflows you can parse the full event-call to use all data from it inside your workflow. To make use of this the VAMP_WORKFLOW_DATA: $data env-var needs to be set for the workflows. This should be added to the vamp-workflow-javascript breed definition, so it's always available by default.
