Create deployment pipeline to demo PWA in codebuild.

Pipeline should default deploy the main development branch, develop, or any other branch that is chosen to build.

Proof of concept using code pipeline to deploy changes from commits pushed to a branch to elastic beanstalk instance (build prod image with codebuild) working and pointing to my fork of PWA.

Waiting for Magento-Research org repos to be accessible in AWS magento-testing account, captured in DEVOPS-4843.

Removing HOLD label now that DEVOPS-4843 has granted access to magento-research repos in AWS CodePipeline

Deploy pipeline created. Currently attached to my sharkysharks/pwa-studio fork. Will create pull request with config settings and transfer over to magento-research org together with #940 , #1012
to complete #1034 .
