Inventory and store view issue

Hello,
I used Magento 2.3.4.
Go to admin panel > Catalog > Product
Edit product and select store view then save it displays blank page.
after I disabled the module: "CommunityEngineering_JapaneseUrlRewrite" it works fine.

this Nginx log:
/var/www/vhosts/magento23.digital-free.net/vendor/community-engineering/module-japanese-url-rewrite/Plugin/Filter/TranslitUrl.php(48): urldecode (false)

If I going to update From Magento 2.3.4 to Magento 2.3.6
#1. Will this issue occurred again?
#2. if it occurred how to fix that?
