[Testing] "Production"-Ready Store

Magento has basically said don't expect our tests to pass when executed against your modified store. In fact, in 2.2 and recently in 2.3, there are a few tests that don't pass on a fresh install.

It would be great to have a video on executing tests against the store as a whole. So far it seems like videos will be covering packaged tests (within each module) but those don't really tell us if the greater application is functional.

I have opinions on this topic, and it would be fun to record videos on testing and also how to run the tests covering the core.
