Code for each video

I propose to lay out the code that was written in a particular video in the repository.

Thanks for the issue report.
For the time being I have decided not to publish the code.
Here are the reasons:

• It needs time to package, version, test and maintain the code, and I instead want to focus on producing new videos.
• Since Mage2 TV is a subscription service, I don't want to make the code public. So setting up and maintaining access controls also needs time, which would take away from the core service: the screencasts.
• I feel that if a viewer creates and maintains their own version of the code it will be more valuable for them from a learning perspective, compared to if I provide the code.

In time I might revisit this topic, but for not that is how it stands.

@Vinai I understand the point. What about some "boilerplate" for topics with more complex code. For example: https://www.mage2.tv/content/fundamentals/dependency-injection/overriding-interface-preferences-in-di.xml/
