Thanks for asking for the multi-thread support! Is it related to Python3 version MACS2? We also found the speed is much slower than the equivalent Python2.7 version. We will work on the speed optimization first, then implement the multi-threads support.

@Lee211 Just released a speed tuned MACS2 v2.2.5, please let me know if the speed is acceptable. Now the running speed should be a bit faster than v2.1.4 and much faster than v2.2.4.

PS: Still working on multithreading
