Custom bunyan instance

It could be nice to accept a bunyan instance in the options, so I can create my own bunyan logger and then pass it to hapi-logger for integrating with Hapi.

Use cases include being able to use bunyan logging outside of Hapi and creating a more complex custom bunyan setup.

I would love to see where this goes. Maybe the ability to set custom streams?
