Unable to connect to the server: net/http: TLS handshake timeout - kubectl apply #29

I using my companies laptop (Dell Precision 3571 Windows 10 12th Gen i9-1200H 32.0 GB) to do your course. When I run the command:

kubectl apply -n argocd -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/argoproj/argo-cd/stable/manifests/install.yaml

I am getting this error:

Unable to connect to the server: net/http: TLS handshake timeout

I know it has something to do with Zscaler. I do have a zsclaer-full-chain.pem file, but I not sure where to install it in Kubernetes Docker Desktop.

Any help would be appreciated.
