I don't see what the problem the AGPL in this case. It really only stops them from creating a close source passphrase generator which is a quite specific problem. Additionally, I think memorable passwords should only be used on disc/partition encryption and OS login, making it a very specific problem. Other passwords should be random symbols. As long as companies provide a good strength indicator when you select passwords, I'm happy. But if you have a concrete case, I'll be happy to consider it.
If I do decide to relicense, it will be to ISC (which is basically MIT but simpler).

Any chance you would relicense this with MIT? The AGPL basically precludes any normal for profit company from using this.
