During shut down, the engine takes a very long time to spool down, probably more than a minute untill we can switch the beacon light off. (when N1 below 5%).
I used the CF engine model, but as I've switched to see if other models would display a faster spool down, it kept being the same through the variations.

spool up, spool down, temp increase and temp decrease during spool and and down were matched to video recordings from inside a level D 744 simulator. so gonna need more than just "it takes a while" to do anything with this. video of a real shutdown would be ideal.
