直接使用如下命令即可
git -C "$env:USERPROFILE\scoop\buckets\spc" remote set-url origin https://gh.idayer.com/github.com/lzwme/scoop-proxy-cn

如果使用移除再添加的方式，可能快捷方式之类的会被删除
