[Bug Report/Feeback] 组件聚焦状态下，拖拽point缩放，组件会出现上下抖动的现象 #351

问题描述
如题，按住point 的右上角进行组件拖拽，会出现左下角的点上下抖动2-3像素的现象。

环境描述/版本信息 (请完成如下信息)

OS: all
Browser all
Node
鲁班线上

如何复现
复现步骤

随意的拖拽两个组件，比如轮播图、图片组件，两个组件紧挨着
在拖放一个button组件，放在轮播、图片组件的中间位置
这时候选中button为聚焦状态，按住右上角的point点，随意拖拽
观察button组件的左下角，会出现频繁抖动的现象
