Missing support for some VT100 control keys

OK, great! About the control keys: I just learned there’s a utility ‘vttest’ which offers various tests to check VT100-compatibility, including a test ‘Control Keys’ (I saw it on vt100.net and installed it through MacPorts). I tried the test, there’s two control codes I couldn’t type (RS and US), but the rest worked:
