0. Definitions

The "Program" refers to Dot Net Editor.


1. Additional permission under GNU GPL version 3 section 7

You have permission to add graphical assets to the Program, even if such
additions would otherwise violate the terms of GPLv3, provided that

(a) the owner and the license of the graphical assets are listed in the
    section "Graphical Assets" below. You should modify that section of
    the copyright notice to fulfill this requirement.

(b) the addition does not violate the license of the graphical assets.

(c) the license of the graphical assets does not affect the ability of
    anyone to distribute the source code or the binary of the Program
    legally. Addition of graphical assets under any non-commercial
    license violate this term.

(d) content of different licenses are not put into the same file.

(e) this exception cannot apply on graphical assets that are compatible
    with GPLv3. In this case, the graphical assets concerned should be
    relicensed under GPLv3.


2. No Weakening of Copyleft

The availability of the Exception in (1) does not imply any general
presumption that third-party software is unaffected by the copyleft
requirements of the license of the Program.
