World of Warcraft in-game browser doesn't work

World of Warcraft loads a web page inside the game client when you need to look for help or open in-game support tickets.
Currently, when invoking support after pressing the Support button in the main game menu, a window appears in-game with a spinning wheel that turns infinitely.
