There seem to be some compatibility issues with JFoenix ColorPicker and JDK12 JabRef is using in the GroupsDialog, which is failing to load. sshahine/JFoenix#966 I prepared a temporary drop-in replacement fix with the standard ColorPicker of JavaFX. JabRef 5.0.0 Windows 10 10.0 amd64 Java 12.0.2-bellsoft I have tested the latest development version from http://builds.jabref.org/master/ and the problem persists StackTrace by Calling "Edit group" Stacktrace by calling "Add Subgroup"
