I've bought a SBC which uses an X86 CPU and has 8GB of RAM. It may have a better performance than Raspberry pi so I want to use this image on the device. However, I am wondering how should I build the image for the device. :(

Nice! Yeah, a lot of changes would be necessary to support this use case. But it's not impossible. An X86 image would be very interesting. I'll take a look at this at some point.
