Objectif : Validator node should never become a sentry node to do not expose IP

Proposal :

  • add a new sentry role in the archipel federation.
  • Fail over logic will be the same as today on 3 defined nodes. They will operate with "active" and "passive" role as today.
  • When a node will be passive, it will not be a sentry node anymore but a "private" full node
  • N more nodes will be add in the federation and act as sentry nodes for the current validator. N = 3 ? and so the féderation will be composed of 6 nodes : 3 active/passive and 3 sentry
