我也是。
我从23.05.3打包的固件会报这个错误。我试过通过安装软件包lua, luasocket, libuci-lua, luaossl来解决，但没有效果。

但似乎并不影响日常的使用，只是好奇高级功能里面是什么功能

解决方法

opkg update 
opkg install luci-lib-fs
