These animals could be used on a wildlife map. Nature watching or hunting specifically.
Separately, each icon could be used to generally represent "large wildlife". for example: national park guides, signage, conservation/tourism materials.
I do not think all 4 need to be added, but 1 or 2 would be helpful.
Design ideas
NOTE: I'm approaching this from a North American perspective, I believe in Europe "elk" are moose. And "red deer" can be elk. I'm unsure how to disambiguate these. maybe using "wapiti" (Shawnee) for North American elk is the solution.
Moose can be represented in profile like the common signage in the US
Deer are often shown as a portrait with their pronounced antlers, though, that could be confused with elk
Elk may be best shown in full to communicate the size of their antlers and general body mass
