PWA icon not displaying #1

When the user tries to "Add to Home screen", the icon is not displayed and a default is given.

It would better if the icon is the same from the favicon:

The issue could be related to:

manifest.json not being properly setup
create-react-app itself, since it's reproducible with a fresh init
favicon dimensions
