Result item flickering

Issue

On some forbidden anvil actions, a result item will pop up in the result box for a fraction of a second, even though it should be kept empty.

Reproducing

This seems to happen primarily when the anvil is first opened, but it has happened at other times as well.

Possible causes

This could either be caused by the result item being set by the plugin accidentally (unlikely) or Minecraft's default anvil behavior taking over momentarily (more likely).
