Is modern dynamic rendering techniques work to OpenGL ES 3?

As outlined in the Tesseract rendering design document, OpenGL ES is not supported. Tesseract's renderer targets modern desktop OpenGL (usually OpenGL 3.3 Core Profile or later, with OpenGL 4.x features being used if available).
